Jovana Jović Tadić is a certified EU Project Manager, experienced in working with the EU funding programs such as CF, ERDF, ESF+, Horizon Europe, CERV. She studied international economics, with degrees from Bocconi University in Milan and the University of Economics in Prague coupled with study programs at the American University in Dubai and the Robins School of Business in Richmond. Her research has been written and published in collaboration with the United Nations University and OSCE. She has received training from the European Academy of Diplomacy. She is passionate about advocating for the rights of individuals with intellectual disabilities and exploring innovative opportunities to better support their caregivers.

As an analyst, she has contributed to research on migration, integration, and security. Kristiina holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from the Johan Skytte Institute of Political Studies at the University of Tartu and a master’s degree in internal security at the Estonian Academy of Security Sciences. In her thesis, she examined the securitization of Ukrainian war refugees in Estonia’s alternative media.

Dr Dana Guy is a Senior Researcher and Public Education Officer at TASC (Think-tank for Action on Social Change). She works primarily on public education initiatives and supports TASC across a range of strategic activities. She has extensive experience in project management, digital media, and research, and has worked with diverse communities through NGOs on conflict, humanitarian and social issues, gender, culture, and the environment. She holds a PhD in Politics and International Relations from University College Dublin (UCD) and has worked as a research and teaching assistant at several academic institutions, including the UCD Centre for Digital Policy. She is an active member of EU COST research networks focusing on digital technologies, civic engagement, democracy, and addressing online polarisation.
