Launch workshop

Where? Minuta (1st floor), Scout Institute, Old Town Square, Prague
On Friday March 27 partners from Czechia, Estonia, Ireland, Romania and Spain together launched the Build Fair project in Prague, Czechia!
The workshop began in the morning with a closed consortium meeting to ensure a smooth project launch. Representatives from each partner organisation discussed the project timeline and agreed on the next steps.
In the afternoon the Scout Institute hosted a public session which focused on the digitalisation of public services, including access, availability, user-centered design and system failures, and EU migration policy with a focus on the solidarity mechanism and return-related policies.
The guests of the debate were Ms. Lenka Dražanová from the European University Institute, Mr. Jan Klofáč, from the Office of the Government, and Mr. Jan Kovář from the Institute of International Relations Prague.
The discussion part of the event was followed by a networking lunch as well as thematic breakout sessions where participants:
- identified key fairness dilemmas in both policy areas;
- reflected on which perspectives and actors are missing from current debates;
- contributed to shaping upcoming stakeholder consultations and citizen discussions across the participating countries.
The insights from these sessions were summarised and will be reflected in future project activities.
